What type of spaces do you have?

Sunny Meadows RV Park has both open air back-in spaces and covered spaces.  Covered spaces are 40′ deep and we have open air spaces that can accommodated all sizes of trailers, RVs, and busses. Spaces are subject to availablity. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have a laundry facility?

We have 6 (2, 3, and 4x capacity) commercial washing machines and 4 oversize dryers. They accept quarters and credit/debit cards. Change machine is offered on site.

Do you have showers & restrooms?

Yes! We have 6 clean and spacious shower/restroom combo units. This includes 2 ADA accessible units.

Do you have RV qualifications?

We do! Your RV must be in good shape. We accept RVs that are 10 years old or newer. Remodeled or vintage trailers are approved on a case-by-case basis. See full park rules below.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We have 3 on-site dog parks. Pets must follow Bastrop County Animal Ordinances. Animals must be on a leash when they are outside your RV until properly secured in a supervised dog park. Animals may not be tethered outside or unsupervised for any length of time.

What is an 'all inclusive' rate?

All inclusive rates are rates that include all cost including those that are traditionally billed in addition to a base rate. So for example, an inclusive monthly rate includes: electric, internet (modem deposit required), cable tv, water, sewer, trash, and access to the park’s recreation center.

Who provides cable or internet?

Cable and internet are provided by Suddenlink. Cable is included in all rates. Internet is included as well but requires a refundable $100 deposit for the modem.

Can I stay long term?

We have a 30 day Service Agreement that you may renew as long as you remain in good standing with the park and park rules.
